How It Started
Great phở isn’t made in a hurry—it’s built on 24 hours of patience and a lifetime of tradition.
When we first opened our doors, we had one goal: to bring the authentic, slow-simmered flavors of a Vietnamese kitchen to our San Jose neighbors. For us, that meant no shortcuts. We started Phở Garlic to showcase the richness of 24-hour bone broth and the tenderness of premium Filet Mignon, all with our signature garlic twist. What began as a family dream has grown into a community staple, where every bowl served is a thank you to the loyal customers who have been with us since day one.

The Underground is a new restaurant concept that will offer an immersive gastropub experience. The restaurant will feature a dark and moody interior with exposed brick, distressed wood, and custom lighting. The menu will feature freshly prepared traditional and innovative pub fare, with a focus on locally sourced and sustainable ingredients.
